I cant agree only with one rule. "
2. PKing the same player over & over is not allowed. Player's gameplay if affected and it will not be tolerated."
Imho doing that isnt wrong thing, for instance u are farming sth on spot, then one guy comes and simply ksing. U kill him but he comes back over & over. U have penalty for killing players in l2 (karma etc) so simply put some over npcs near spot to kill pkers and dont bother about this.
